Ready-made products: standard prints - A4/A3
Custom-made products: large format prints - A2/A1/A0

We do not produce large format prints in advance. Restocking such a product from a one region of the world to another would generate huge costs, extend the delivery time and have a negative impact on the environment. Therefore, all large format prints are made to individual order as close as possible to the customer - Custom-made products

Delivery Day Return Policy

Our return policy is based on the delivery day, not the purchase day, to ensure you have enough time to inspect your purchase. The return policy period starts from the day the item is delivered to your specified address

How to make a refund / return ?

1. Contact Us

Allways contact us first at Contact form or  info@oldmapsart.com

Please specify: order number, reason of return, how to resolve (refund/new product)

If you suspect that your goods have been damaged in transit, please send us an email with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, if you reply later, a claim with the transport company cannot be filed

Do not ship any product to us before we authorize your return

 

2. Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with a return shipping label (if applicable)

3. Packaging and Shipping

Ensure the item is in original condition and original packaging included
Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping the return to the address given in the return authorization

4. Required Documents

Include a copy of the return authorization with the returned item
Attach photos if necessary to support claims of damage or defects

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days
The method of refund will be the same as your original payment
